The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the complexity of the tooth being treated. During your first visit, we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.
For your convenience, we accept cash, and credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover). We deliver specialty endodontic care at a reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us by phone. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any confusion or misunderstandings.
Dr. Paxton is a provider of many dental insurance plans. Prior to the patient’s appointment, our staff will contact the dental insurance to verify eligibility, check deductibles, maximum amounts and the reasonable and customary percent insurance pays on the scheduled procedure. Estimated co-insurance and deductibles are collected the day services are rendered.
We also encourage all patients to contact their dental insurance plans so they are fully aware of their coverage and any limitations. The insurance relationship constitutes an agreement between the carrier and the patient. As such, we can make no guarantee of the estimated coverage or payment. As a courtesy, claims are filed electronically to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which the patient is entitled.
